Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. GM5873162
    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Right Side (1) - Remove [6x]

  3. Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Right Side (2) - Remove
  4. Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (3) - Remove [4x]

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (1) - Remove [6x]

  6. Front Bumper Fascia Lower Reinforcement- Right Side (2) - Remove
  7. GM5908132

    Place a drain pan under the radiator drain cock. (1)

  8. Radiator Drain Cock (1) - Remove
