Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 GE 47716)
Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
NOTE:

Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Right Side (1) - Remove [6x]
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Right Side (2) - Remove
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (3) - Remove [4x]
NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (1) - Remove [6x]
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Reinforcement- Right Side (2) - Remove
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)
Wiring Harness Retainer (1) - Remove
Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (2) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Upper Bracket (3) - Remove
Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Cooler Fan - Disconnect
Wiring Harness Retainer (3) @ Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Bracket - Remove
Forward Lamp Wiring Harness (2) - Reposition away
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (1) - Release
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (2) @ Engine Radiator - Remove
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Retainer (2) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Right Side (1) - Remove
Intake Air Duct (1) - Remove
Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket- Right Side - Remove
NOTE:

Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Remove
Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side (1) - Remove
