Removal Procedure

Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF4 GE 47716)
Front Bumper Fascia Bolt- Left Side (1) - Remove [6x]
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Stiffener Bolt- Left Side (2) - Remove
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (3) - Remove [4x]
Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (1) - Remove [6x]
Front Bumper Fascia Lower Reinforcement- Left Side (2) - Remove
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)
Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Radiator Upper Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Upper Bracket- Left Side (2) - Remove
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle Retainer (2) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Air Side Upper Baffle - Left Side (1) - Remove
Auxiliary Intake Air Duct (1) - Remove
Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket- Left Side - Remove
NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.

Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer (1) - Disengage
Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Engine Radiator - Remove
Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (3) - Remove [2x]
Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Remove
Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side (1) - Remove
