Removal Procedure

  1. GM5408645

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing CFV, CFZ)

  2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  3. GM5862788

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (3) - Remove

  4. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (1) - Disconnect
  5. Transmission Fluid Cooler Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
  6. GM5862956

    Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bracket Nut (2) - Remove [4x]

  7. Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler (1) - Remove
  8. GM5868045

    Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle Retainer (1) - Remove [6x]

  9. GM5868047

    Radiator Air Front Lower Baffle (1) - Remove
