Removal Procedure

  1. Oil Filler Cap - Remove

    Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Remove

  3. Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Remove
  4. Install the oil filler cap after removal of the intake manifold cover to prevent debris from falling into the engine.

    Disengage the 2 turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum source tube clamps (1).

  6. Retainer (2) - Disengage
  7. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Source Tube (3) @ Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Tank - Remove


  1. Oil Filler Cap - Remove

    Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Remove

  3. Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Remove
  4. Install the oil filler cap after removal of the intake manifold cover to prevent debris from falling into the engine.

    Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

  6. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Source Tube (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
  7. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Source Tube (2) - Remove
