Installation Procedure

    Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Install

  2. Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @ Retainer (3) - Engage [2x]
  3. Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (1) @ Fuel Feed Pipe (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Engage [6x]

    Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Engage

    Exhaust Front Underbody Heat Shield- Right Side (4) - Install

    7. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  7. Exhaust Heat Shield Bolt- Right Side (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  8. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clamp Bolt- Right Side (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  9. Exhaust Heat Shield Nut- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Catalytic Converter Gasket (2) - Install NEW

  11. With the aid of an assistant, install the exhaust muffler (1).

    Exhaust Muffler Hanger Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

    Exhaust Muffler (1) @ Exhaust Intermediate Pipe Insulator-Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

    Exhaust Pipe Clamp (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Catalytic Converter Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Floor Panel Reinforcement (2) - Install

  20. Floor Panel Number 4 Cross Bar Reinforcement Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector- Left Side (5) - Install

  22. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt- Left Side (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  23. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Left Side (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
  24. Underbody Front Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector- Right Side (5) - Install

  26. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt- Right Side (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  27. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [5x] - Fastener Specifications
  28. Underbody Front Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector- Right Side (5) - Install

  30. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Right Side (3) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  31. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Bolt- Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  32. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Right Side (4) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  33. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Underbody Rear Air Deflector- Left Side (5) - Install

  35. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Left Side (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  36. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side (3) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  37. Underbody Rear Air Deflector Nut- Left Side (4) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  38. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt- Left Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Tire Front Air Deflector- Left Side and Right Side (2) - Install [2x]

  40. Rear Tire Front Air Deflector Bolt- Left Side and Right Side (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  41. Lower the vehicle.

    Fuel Feed Pipe (1) - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Oil Filler Cap - Remove

  44. Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Install
  45. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  46. Oil Filler Cap - Install
  47. Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.
  48. Inspect the exhaust system for leaks.
