Removal Procedure

Front Seat (2) - Remove - Front Seat Removal and Installation , or Front Seat Removal and Installation (Blackwing)
Front Seat Cushion Front Finish Cover Bolt (1) - Remove
- Front Seat Cushion Outer Finish Cover Bolt -Front (2) - Remove
- Front Seat Cushion Front Finish Cover (3) - Remove
Front Seat Cushion Outer Finish Cover Bolt -Rear (1) - Remove
- Squeeze retainer to release.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Front Seat Cushion Outer Finish Cover (2) - Remove
Front Seat Adjuster Finish Cover Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Front Seat Inner Adjuster Front Finish Cover (2) - Remove
- NOTE:
- Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
- Hold both sides of the zipper straight while unzipping.
Unzip the left and right front seat back cover zippers.
- Reposition the rear of the front seat back cover as necessary.
- Front Seat Back Rear Lower Cover Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
- Detach the front seat back rear lower cover bottom bungee clips from the cushion pan.
- Front Seat Back Rear Lower Cover (2) - Remove
Use a flat-bladed tool to push upward on the front seat recliner hub tab while gently tapping the recliner rod outward until the rod is free of the recliner motor.
- Driver or Passenger Seat Recliner Actuator Rod (1) - Remove
- Driver or Passenger Seat Recliner Actuator Bolt (2) - Remove
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Driver or Passenger Seat Recliner Actuator (3) - Remove
