Circuit/System Description

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2022 Cadillac CT4. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The K104 Front Seat Bladder Control Module supplies the S65 Front Seat Lumbar Switch with a signal and low reference circuits. When a lumbar switch is pressed, the signal circuit from the K104 Front Seat Bladder Control Module is pulled low through the switch contacts and series of resistors indicating the lumbar request. In response to this request, the K104 Front Seat Bladder Control Module energizes its internal inflate/deflate solenoid and applies battery voltage through the control circuit to the G31 Front Seat Back Lumbar Pump. The pump runs to inflate the appropriate support bladder until the switch is released.
