Removal Procedure

Using a suitable non-marring tool, carefully pry in the area of the arrows between the automatic transmission control lever knob boot (1) and the front floor console transmission shift opening bezel (2) and release the automatic transmission control lever knob boot.
Remove the automatic transmission control lever knob (1) by pulling up and releasing the retainer.
