Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) - Remove

    3. NOTE:

    Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.

  3. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Cooler Bypass Valve - Remove

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) - Remove

    5. NOTE:

    Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.

  5. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (2) @ Transmission Cooler Bypass Valve - Remove

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Thermal Bypass Valve Bolt (1) - Remove

  7. Transmission Cooler Bypass Valve (2) - Remove

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Thermal Bypass Valve Gasket (1) - Remove and DISCARD [4x]
