Installation Procedure

Brake Master Cylinder Bracket (1) - Install NEW
CAUTION:
Fastener Caution
Brake Master Cylinder Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Install NEW push rod retainer.

Brake Master Cylinder (1) - Install

Brake Master Cylinder Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22N.m (16 lb ft)
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Connect the electrical connector.

Removes the caps from the brake pipe fittings.
Front and Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Install [4x] - Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (LGX) Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Replacement (LTA)

Windshield Wiper Transmission (2) - Install - Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement

Connect the brake master cylinder to the push rod retainer (1) by pushing the brake pedal (2) inwards.
Brake Pedal Position Sensor - Install - Brake Pedal Position Sensor Replacement
Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator - Install - Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator Replacement - Left Side
Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual with LGX) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure with LGX) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure with LTA)
Check for brake system leaks.
