Installation Procedure
- Transfer components as necessary.
- Front End Upper Tie Bar (1) - Install
- Connect the electrical connectors.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt- Right Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
- Radiator Upper Mount Bracket Bolt- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt-Left Side (1) - Install and tighten 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt-Left Side (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
- Radiator Upper Mount Bracket Bolt-Left Side (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (4) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF3)
Forward Range Radar Bracket (3) - Install - Forward Range Radar Bracket Replacement
Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Retainer (1) - Install [2x]
Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (2) - Install - Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement
Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (3) - Install - Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement
- Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
