Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement

Preliminary Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Remove the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
3. Place a drain pan under the transmission fluid cooler outlet pipes.
4. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler inlet pipe from the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LFX) Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement (LF3) .
5. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler outlet pipe from the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (LFX) Transmission Fluid Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement (LF3) .
6. Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler.

Procedure

1. Fill the transmission to the proper fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check .
2. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks.
