Fuel Pipe Shield Replacement (LF3)

Preliminary Procedures Remove the supercharger water manifold. Refer to Supercharger Water Manifold Replacement .
1	Fuel Pipe Shield Retainers (Qty: 2) NOTE: In order to ensure that the retainers properly secure the shield, install NEW retainers whenever they are removed.
2	Fuel Pipe Shield Procedure Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connectors and reposition the harness as needed. Disconnect the charge air tubes and hoses then reposition them as needed. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Disconnect the engine cooling hoses and reposition as needed.

Procedure

Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connectors and reposition the harness as needed.
Disconnect the charge air tubes and hoses then reposition them as needed. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Disconnect the engine cooling hoses and reposition as needed.
