Front Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the front fender. Refer to Front Fender Replacement . Mark the location of the hinge before removing the bolts with a grease pencil.
1	Front Side Door Upper Hinge Bolt to Body (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedures Keep door in closed position. Replace one hinge at a time. Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Upper Hinge Bolt to Door (Qty: 2) Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3	Front Side Door Upper Hinge
4	Front Side Door Lower Hinge Bolt to Body (Qty: 2) Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
5	Front Side Door Lower Hinge Bolt to Door (Qty: 2) Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
6	Front Side Door Lower Hinge Procedure Check the door for proper alignment, adjust as necessary. Refer to Front Side Door Adjustment . If the door striker needs adjusting. Refer to Front Side Door Lock Striker Adjustment . NOTE: Inspect the door for proper operation.
