Front Fender Front Lower Bracket Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (CTS) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (CTS-V) .
2. Remove the headlamp. Refer to Front Headlamp Replacement .
3. If replacing the left side fender brace, remove the air intake splash shield. Refer to Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement , for the 2.0L (LTG) engine or Intake Air Splash Shield Replacement for the 3.6L engine.
4. If replacing the left side fender brace, remove the left hand high note horn. Refer to Horn Replacement (Left Hand High Note) , or Horn Replacement (Right Hand Low Note) , or Horn Replacement (CTS-V)
5. If replacing the right side fender brace, remove the right hand low note horn. Refer to Horn Replacement (Left Hand High Note) , or Horn Replacement (Right Hand Low Note) , or Horn Replacement (CTS-V)

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical harness from the front fender front lower bracket.
2. Transfer parts as needed.
