Removal Procedure

Fig 1: Exploded View Of Transmission Fluid Pan, Filter, Filter Seal, Gasket And Bolts (With Tightening Sequence)

Remove the transmission fluid filter (4). Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid, Fluid Pan and/or Filter Replacement (Rear Wheel Drive) Automatic Transmission Fluid, Fluid Pan and/or Filter Replacement (All Wheel Drive) .
Remove the transmission fluid baffle bolts (1) and discard.
- Remove the transmission fluid pump baffle (2).
