Preliminary Procedures Remove the left front wheelhouse liner (4). Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (CTS) . Remove auxiliary radiator inlet hose from the auxiliary radiator. Refer to Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LF3) Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9 V03) . Remove auxiliary radiator outlet hose from the auxiliary radiator. Refer to Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LF3) Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG with KL9 V03) .
1	Auxiliary Radiator Bolt (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Auxiliary Radiator Procedure Fill the charge air cooling system. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF3) . Check the charge air cooling system for leaks.

Auxiliary Radiator Bolt (Qty: 4)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)

Auxiliary Radiator

Procedure

Fill the charge air cooling system. Refer to Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LF3) .
Check the charge air cooling system for leaks.
