Preliminary Procedures Instrument Panel Insulator Hole Cover Replacement Heater and Air Conditioning Remote Control Replacement NOTE: When removing the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator for any reason, it is required that the connector to the HVAC module be disconnected. If the vehicle battery has NOT been disconnected, when reinstalling / reconnecting the module, the BROWN J2 connector must be connected last. Once all the parts are all in place, check and clear all DTCs in the HVAC module.
1	Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt [3x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2	Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator - Right Side Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector. Transfer components as necessary.

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Transfer components as necessary.
