Preliminary Procedures Remove the front floor console rear trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Rear Trim Panel Replacement (With Compartment) Front Floor Console Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Without Compartment) . Remove both of the front floor console extension panels. Refer to Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Right Side , and Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side . Remove the front floor console trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement . Remove the front floor console compartment. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement .
1	Front Floor Console Fastener (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Front Floor Console Bracket Fastener (Qty: 2) Procedure Open the front floor console bolt access hole covers to access the fasteners from the rear of the floor console. Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
3	Front Floor Lower Console Procedure Disconnect electrical connections. With the aid of an assistant lift the front floor lower console rearward and upward away from the instrument panel assembly. Transfer components as necessary.
