Installation Procedure
- Install the brake pressure modulator valve primary brake pipe.
- Remove the plug from BPMV inlet port.
- CAUTION:
Connect the brake pressure modulator valve primary brake pipe fitting (1) at the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clip (1).
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1) on the cowl.
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1).
- Install the air conditioning evaporator hose assembly. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Replacement (LF4, LGX)
- Remove the plug from the brake master cylinder.
Connect the brake pressure modulator valve primary brake pipe fitting (1) at the master cylinder and tighten the fitting to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
- Install the upper intermediate steering shaft to the mid intermediate steering shaft. Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement (RWD With LF4, LGX)
- Connect the heater outlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Connect the heater inlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LF4)
- Install the charge air cooler cover. Charge Air Cooler Cover Replacement
- Install the plenum front panel. Plenum Front Panel Replacement
- Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
