1	Sealant Procedure Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant Place a 3 mm (0.118 in) bead of RTV sealant on the block pan rail and the crankshaft rear oil seal housing (1). Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers (LGX) for recommended sealant.
2	Oil Pan
3	Oil Pan Bolt [7x] M8 x 35 CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Tighten the oil pan bolts in sequence shown. Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
4	Oil Pan Bolt [3x] M6 x 150 NOTE: Install a NEW bolt. Do NOT reuse the old bolt. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown. Tighten First Pass: 7 N.m (62 lb in) Final Pass: 180 Degrees
5	Oil Pan Bolt [5x] M8 x 120 NOTE: Tighten the oil pan bolts in sequence shown. Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
6	Oil Pan Bolt [2x] M8 x 50 NOTE: Tighten the oil pan bolts in sequence shown. Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
