Starting at the front of sill plate, lift upward to disengage the integral clips then gently force the sill plate forward (4 - 6mm) to relax the integral tab at the rear of the sill plate and pull up to disengage the plate from the rear trim.
Reposition the front floor panel carpet as needed.
