Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR system. SIR Disabling and Enabling

    Front Compartment Front Sight Shield (3) - Remove - Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement 

  3. GM4833104

    {If equipped} Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Tank (1) - Remove - Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Tank Replacement (LF3)

    Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (2) - Remove - Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement

    Forward Range Radar Bracket (3) - Remove - Forward Range Radar Bracket Replacement

  8. GM3620068

    Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (4) - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct Replacement (LF3)

    Radiator Upper Mount Bracket Bolt-Left Side (1) - Remove

  10. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt-Left Side (2) - Remove [2x]

    Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt-Left Side (1) - Remove

  12. GM4833109

    Radiator Upper Mount Bracket Bolt- Right Side (1) - Remove

  13. Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt- Right Side (2) - Remove [2x]
  14. GM4833111

    Front End Upper Tie Bar Bolt-Right Side (1) - Remove

  15. GM4833112

    Disconnect all electrical connectors.

  16. Front End Upper Tie Bar (1) - Remove
