Diagnostic Aids

- DTC P062F detects a corruption of the EPROM/Flash memory.
- DTC P064F detects an invalid calibration.
- Low voltage or a momentary loss of power or ground to the transfer case control module may cause a DTC to set. Verify the following:
- The battery cables are clean and tight and the battery is fully charged.
- The transfer case control module ground circuits do not have an open or high resistance.
- The transfer case control module power circuits do not have an open, short to ground or high resistance.
