Installation Procedure

  1. Install EN-51767-2  Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (1) onto the vacuum pump pulley.

  2. Position the belt (2) on the crankshaft and the vacuum pump pulleys as shown.
  3. Slowly rotate the crankshaft and vacuum pump pulleys in a clockwise direction until the belt (2) fully seats on both pulleys.
  4. Remove EN-51767-2  Universal Stretchy Belt Installer (1) from the vacuum pump pulley.
  5. Inspect the belt for proper installation and alignment.
  6. Rotate the balancer an additional 360 degrees to ensure proper belt installation.
  7. Install Steering Gear Skid Shield -Steering Gear Skid Shield Replacement
  8. Install Air Conditioning Compressor Belt - Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement
