Installation Procedure

  1. Install the brake hose to the vehicle.
    2. Fig 1: Brake Hose Bracket Nut

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution .

  2. Install Brake Hose Bracket Nut (1) and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

  3. Install Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

  4. Install Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

  5. Install Brake Hose Bracket Bolt (1) and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

  6. Install Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

  7. Install Brake Pipe Fitting (1) and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  8. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
