Installation Procedure

  1. Install the power brake booster vacuum pipe assembly to the vehicle.

  2. Connect the power brake booster vacuum pipe quick connect (1) to the vacuum pump port.

  3. Install the power brake booster vacuum pipe clip (1) to the harness bracket.

    NOTE:

    If necessary, a small amount of denatured alcohol may be used as a lubricant for assembly. Do not use soap.

  4. Install the power brake booster vacuum sensor (1) and pipe assembly to the power vacuum brake booster.
  5. Connect the power brake booster vacuum sensor electrical connector.
