- Ignition ON.
- Verify the courtesy lamps listed below operate normally when activated.
- Dome/reading lamps - front overhead console
- Sunshade lamps
- Center console compartment lamp
- If the courtesy lamps do not operate normally

- Go to next step: If the courtesy lamps operate normally
