Preliminary Procedure Open the liftgate.
1	Liftgate Adjust Bumper Pad Procedure Using a trim type tool release the liftgate adjust bumper pad and remove. Clean the body with the appropriate 50/50 mixture by volume of isopropyl alcohol and clean drinkable water. Wipe surface dry with a clean lint-free towel. NOTE: The center retainer will break upon removal and need to be replaced.
