Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Perform the scan tool function:Head-Up Display Pattern Check
  3. Verify the component activates:P29 Head-Up Display
    • If not the specified state 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing - Head-Up Display=Inoperative

    • Go to next step: If the specified state 
  4. Press the following button:S27 Head-Up Display Switch - All

    Verify the scan tool parameter:Head-Up Display Switch=Displays each of the specified states.

    • If not the specified state 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing - Head-Up Display Switch=Inoperative

    • Go to next step: If the specified state 
  5. Press the following button:S27 Head-Up Display Switch - All

    Verify the component activates:P29 Head-Up Display

    • If not the specified state 

      Test or replace the component:P29 Head-Up Display

    • Go to next step: If the specified state 
  6. All OK.
