Circuit Short to Ground Open Short to Voltage
Operating Conditions:  Ignition On
Parameter Normal Range:  9 V Reference Circuit = OK or Not Run. Internal Mode Switch C Signal Circuit 0.70 - 0.96 V or 1.68 - 2.38 V.
