Conditions for Running the DTC

P0601, P0602, P0603, P0604, P0606, P062F, P16F3, P16F4, P16FB

Battery Voltage = Greater than 11 V
Ignition On = Greater than 5 s
Ignition Voltage = Greater than 11 V
{P16FB} Transmission OSS = Greater than 150 RPM

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
