Oil Pump, Screen And Crankshaft Oil Deflector Removal

  1. Remove Oil Pump Suction Pipe Bolt (2) and Oil Pump Suction Pipe Nut (3).
  2. Remove Oil Pump Suction Pipe (4) with O-ring seal (1).
  3. Remove and DISCARD the O-ring seal.

  5. Remove Crankshaft Oil Deflector Nut
  6. Remove Crankshaft Oil Deflector

  8. Remove Oil Pump Bolts (411).
  9. NOTE:

    Do not allow dirt or debris to enter the oil pump assembly. Cap ends, as necessary.

  10. Remove Oil Pump (413).
