Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify that DTC P0628 or P0629 is not set
    • Go to next step: If DTC P0628 or P0629 is not set 
  3. Verify the fuel pump operates for 2 - 3 s and then turns OFF when commanding the Fuel Pump Relay ON with a scan tool.
    • If the fuel pump does not operate for 2 - 3 s and then turns OFF when commanded 

      Refer to Circuit/System Testing below.

    • Go to next step: If the fuel pump operates for 2 - 3 s and then turns OFF when commanded 
  4. All OK.
