Conditions for Running the DTC

- DTCs P0097, P0098, P0101, P0102, P0103, P0106, P0107, P0108, P0111, P0112, P0113, P0114, P0116, P0117, P0118, P0119, P0120, P0122, P0123, P0128, P0171, P0172, P0174, P0175, P0201-P0208, P0220, P0222, P0223, P0262, P0264, P0265, P0267, P0268, P0270, P0271, P0273, P0274, P0276, P0277, P0279, P0280, P0282, P0283, P0300-P0308, P0335, P0336, P0351-P0358, P0506, P0507, P0697, P06A3, P0806, P0807, P0808, P16A0, P16A1, P16A2, P16F3, P2101, P2122, P2123, P2127, P2128, P2135, P2138, P2176, P2300-P2322 are not set.
- The engine is running, and a cold start has been detected.
- Vehicle speed is less than 2 km/h (1 MPH).
- The engine is at idle with no input from the accelerator pedal.
- The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is between -10 to +56°C (14-133°F).
- The calculated 3-way catalyst temperature is colder than 350°C (662°F).
- The barometric pressure is at least 72 kPa.
- The engine control module (ECM) will exit the diagnostic if the calculated 3-way catalyst temperature is greater than 900°C (1, 652°F) and the engine run time is greater than 19 s.
- This DTC runs for 15 s within the first 2 min of start-up. This diagnostic runs once per trip when a cold start has been determined.
