Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill L96) .
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
1 Water Pump Bolt (Qty: 6)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Procedure 
Remove the water pump bolts.
Tighten 
10 N.m (89 lb in)
2 Water Pump
3 Water Pump Gasket
Procedure 
Install a new water pump gasket.
