Preliminary Procedure Remove the front floor console trim plate. Refer to Front Floor Console Trim Plate Replacement (Chevrolet/GMC) .
1	Front Floor Console Bolt (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2	Front Floor Console Front Compartment Procedures Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the tabs securing the sides of the compartment to the front floor console assembly. Disconnect all electrical connectors. Transfer components as necessary.

CAUTION:

Tighten
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

Front Floor Console Front Compartment

Procedures

Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool in order to release the tabs securing the sides of the compartment to the front floor console assembly.
Disconnect all electrical connectors.
Transfer components as necessary.
