Remove the transmission fluid filter (4). Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid, Fluid Pan and/or Filter Replacement (Rear Wheel Drive) Automatic Transmission Fluid, Fluid Pan and/or Filter Replacement (All Wheel Drive) .

Remove the transmission fluid baffle bolts (1) and discard.
