Installation Procedure

NOTE:
The new replacement wiring harness may not have electrical connector (2). It will be a one piece harness.

Install automatic transmission control wiring harness (4).
If necessary, install the control valve body to the transmission. Control Valve Body Replacement
Connect the wiring harness clips to the valve body and case.
Connect the transmission control wiring harness connectors.
If equipped, ensure the valve body connector retainer (3) is latched.

Install the transmission fluid filter (4). Refer to Automatic Transmission Fluid, Fluid Pan and/or Filter Replacement (Rear Wheel Drive) .
