Rear Seat Cushion Procedure
- Release the rear center seat belt from the anchor by depressing the tab on the side using a suitable flat-bladed tool.
- Pull up on the front of the rear seat to disengage the retainers. A high amount of force will be required.
- Pull out the rear of the seat from the wire retainers.
- Route the seat belts through the seat bottom.
- Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.
- Remove the rear seat.
- Inspect each high retention retainer and sheet metal interface for flushness. Replace retainer as required if damage occurs during removal.
