Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the retainers (2).
  3. Connect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the EVAP emission canister purge pipe. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Lower the vehicle.

  5. Connect the EVAP emission front pipe (1) to the EVAP purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  6. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement (LFX) .
