Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
1 Instrument Panel Compartment Door Latch Actuator Bolt (Qty: 3)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
