Installation Procedure

  1. Install the left transmission mount (2).
  2. Loosely install NEW transmission mount to transmission bolts.
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the transmission mount to frame rail fasteners (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
  4. Tighten the transmission mount to transmission bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft) plus 90 - 105 degrees
  5. If applicable, connect the wiring harness to the frame rail fastener stud.
  6. Install the range selector lever cable bracket. Range Selector Lever Cable Bracket Replacement
