Preliminary Procedures Front Floor Console Cup Holder Plate Replacement WARNING: After installing the transmission range selector shift cable, pull up and push down on ALL connections to verify that the connections are fully seated and properly engaged. Failure to perform this task can result in the vehicle not being able to shift into PARK causing potential vehicle damage and bodily injury. Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement Disconnect the wiring harness retainer from the transmission control.
1	Transmission Control Fastener (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Transmission Control Procedure Reposition the transmission control to gain access to the electrical connector and disconnect the electrical connector.

Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement
Disconnect the wiring harness retainer from the transmission control.

Transmission Control Fastener (Qty: 3)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
9 N.m (80 lb in)
