2009 Interim Model Year Design Change - NQF Two/Four Wheel Drive Actuator Cam and Shaft

Interim 2009 model year, the high/low control actuator shaft and two/four wheel drive actuator cam designs were revised with a relocation of the shaft flange. First design 2009 transfer cases were built with first design high/low control actuator shaft (5) and cam (3). Second design 2009 transfer cases were built with second design high/low control actuator shaft (5) and cam (3). When replacing a first design control actuator shaft or cam, the second design shaft (5) and cam (3) must be installed. The second design parts are the only parts available for service.
