DTC P0716 is a Type A DTC.
The high side driver is turned Off.
The TCM commands TCC Off.
The ECM reduces engine torque based on transmission input speed.
The TCM inhibits Tap Up/Down.
The TCM inhibits manual shifting of forward gears.
The TCM inhibits Tow/Haul mode.

DTC P0717 is a Type A DTC.
The TCM inhibits shift adaptive functions.
The TCM commands maximum line pressure.
The ECM reduces engine torque based on transmission input speed.
The TCM inhibits neutral idle.
The TCM inhibits Tap Up/Down function.
The TCM inhibits manual shifting of forward gears.
The TCM inhibits manual shifting of forward gears.
The TCM commands neutral gear if the output speed sensor signal is 1, 500 RPM or greater.
The TCM commands second gear if the output speed sensor signal is less than 1, 500 RPM.
