2013 Input Shaft Seal Installer Revisions

Beginning July 2013, a NEW input shaft seal installer has been identified for Magna transfer case applications (all model years and all RPOs). The new seal installer is identified as DT-50648-A Seal Installer (4). The DT-50648-A Seal Installer is to be used in place of J-42738 Seal Installer (3), as well as J-36183 Press Tube (1) and J- 36184 Press Tube Reducer (2). J-42738 Seal Installer is to be discontinued and no longer available.
