Preliminary Procedure  Remove Intermediate Floor Panel Carpet. Refer to Intermediate Floor Panel Carpet Replacement .
1	Rear Seat Assembly Forward Nut (Qty: 4) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure  Fold the seat forward and reposition the rear outer edges of the front floor panel carpet to gain access to the nuts. Tighten  45 N.m (33 lb ft)
2	Rear Seat Assembly Rearward Nut (Qty: 4) Tighten  45 N.m (33 lb ft)
3	Rear Seat Assembly Procedure  Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.
