Control Valve Body Assembly Installation

1	Clutch Housing Fluid Passage Seal NOTE: Use a NEW seal.
2	Output Speed Sensor Wiring Harness
3	Output Speed Sensor Wiring Harness Bolt M6 x 25 (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution CAUTION: This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component. NOTE: Install NEW bolts. Procedure Tighten the bolts a first pass to 4 N.m (35 lb in). Tighten the bolts a final pass to 45 Degrees Special Tools DT-48285 Valve Body Torx Plus Socket For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools
4	Control Valve Body Assembly CAUTION: Use care when handling the control valve body assembly. If dropped, damage to the control solenoid valve body assembly internal components may result. Procedure Connect the automatic transmission wiring harness connector to the valve body. Connect the manual valve link to the manual valve.
5	Control Valve Solenoid Body Bolt M6 x 45 (Qty: 4) Procedure Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown. Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
6	Control Valve Solenoid Body Bolt M6 x 68 (Qty: 7) Procedure Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown. Tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
7	Manual Shaft Detent Lever Spring
8	Manual Shaft Detent Lever Spring Bolt M6 x 25 (Qty: 1) Tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
9	Manual Valve Procedure Connect the manual valve to the manual valve link.
10	A/Trans Wiring Harness Procedure Connect the wiring harness connector to the A/Trans control wiring harness.
11	A/Trans Control Wiring Harness Procedure Connect the wiring harness connector to the A/Trans control wiring harness.
